Management Team

A visionary leadership team has been carefully and strategically put in place at Bright Blue and boasts some of the most practised members of the Oracle Siebel / BI community in Australia.

Our leadership team is committed to the success of all our projects, in addition to establishing close working relationships with our clients to ensure business objectives are not just met, but expectations and service are exceeded.

Lachlan Hanly, Managing Director
Lachlan is the managing director of Bright Blue and is responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing strategic growth plans for the organisation. Prior to Bright Blue, Lachlan held senior leadership roles in several consulting organisations, both in Australia and Europe. Lachlan also has over a decade of Siebel consulting experience, having worked in many full lifecycle Siebel projects for a diverse range of clients.

David Wong, Solutions Director
David is responsible for the management and development of new business opportunities and new solution offerings at Bright Blue. In addition, he also actively consults for many clients on their Siebel implementations. David held a senior consulting role at Siebel Systems and has been working with the Siebel product since 2000.

Matthew Yoon, Services Director
Matthew leads the Bright Blue consulting team, responsible for the successful delivery of Bright Blue’s consulting services to clients across Australia. Prior to Bright Blue, Matthew held consulting roles in various organisations, including KPMG and Andersen. Matthew has been involved in Siebel implementations from 2001 and has consulted in many full lifecycle Siebel implementations.

Kim Delaney, People & Operations Manager
Kim is responsible for all practice management, human resources and organisational development at Bright Blue. Her role encompasses the management of all Oracle Siebel and BI consulting staff activities. Kim has had many years of experience in staff development and prior to Bright Blue held senior executive roles at Grant Thornton and PWC.

Arnie Bhattacharya, Oracle BI Practice Manager
Arnie leads the Oracle BI Practice at Bright Blue, and is a recognized and renowned Oracle BI evangelist in the ANZ region. He has held BI lead roles with multiple consulting organizations including being the Oracle BI/Data warehouse lead for Oracle Consulting in ANZ. Arnie also worked on one of the first Oracle BI (then Siebel Analytics) projects in Australia in 2002, and he has many years of real-life project experience in architecting end-to-end solutions utilising Siebel Analytics/ Oracle BI in an enterprise environment.

Roger Bell, Siebel Practice Manager
Roger Bell is the Siebel Practice Lead at Bright Blue, and has nearly a decade of consulting experience with the Siebel application. His Siebel consulting experience includes consulting for some of the largest Siebel implementations in Australia, UK and Europe. He is one of the few people in Australia that has worked with early versions of the application, such as Siebel 98 (version 4.0), all the way to the latest Siebel 8.x releases.
