At Bright Blue, our Application Managed Services (AMS) are designed to make the jobs of CIOs and IT managers a little easier, through achieving the most cost-effective and dynamic balance between internal and external resources — outsourcing as much or as little of their Oracle Siebel and BI application support as makes sense for their business, and adjusting that balance to be in step with changing priorities, resources and new opportunities.

Our support services are designed to be scalable so our customers have the option of starting small and expanding as they see the savings roll in and benefits measured and proven. We invest heavily in educating staff and experience is supported by a robust account management infrastructure.

As part of the AMS arrangement, a Service Delivery Manager will proactively monitor the support service provided to ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
